Rebuild & Restore:
In-home Postpartum Support

Supporting women. Supporting families. Honouring new seasons.

The weeks and months after birth, or any major life transition, are a time of immense change. Your body, mind, and daily rhythms are adapting, and all this can feel disorienting, exhausting, and exhilarating all at once. At In Forme, we believe these transitional seasons deserve care that honours your whole self: your strength, your nervous system, your body, and your emotional rhythm.

Rebuild & Restore brings expert-led, hands-on guidance directly to your home, providing structured support that helps you reconnect to your body, restore steadiness, and rebuild meaningful strength. Our approach is rooted in the latest research and the experience working 1:1 with women navigating postpartum recovery, post-surgical rehabilitation, and other transitional periods; so every session is purposeful, safe, and tailored to your season of life.

Traditionally, cultures around the world surrounded women in postpartum with community support, nourishing meals, and hands-on care. Today, that kind of support can feel impossible to access, but Rebuild & Restore brings it to you, so you can focus on healing, recalibration, and reclaiming your strength, without adding the stress of leaving your home.

Our in-home offerings are designed to meet you at different levels of depth depending on your needs and season.
Below are varying experiences to choose from:

 Restoration Experience

3 Hours — $190 + tax (Limited Launch Pricing: $165 + tax)

A focused, in-home restoration experience designed to address what feels most pressing in your current season.

In three intentional hours, we prioritize stabilization and relief.

This may include:

• Breath and deep core reconnection

• Pelvic and postural integrity support

• Releasing feeding and carrying tension

• Grounded regulation practices during baby care

• Gentle foundational movement education

• Light meal preparation or practical household support

This session is complete in itself; it is designed to leave you steadier, more informed, and physically supported.

It is best suited for:

• Early postpartum stabilization

• Support during a particularly heavy week

• Families wanting to gift meaningful care

• Women navigating short-term recovery needs

While complete, this offering is naturally limited by time. Deeper rebuilding and progressive strength development require ongoing structure.

Foundational Experience

4 Visits — 16 Hours Total. $785 + tax (Limited Launch Pricing: $715 + tax)

A structured short-term restoration plan designed to establish stability and begin rebuilding capacity.

Over four visits, we move beyond immediate relief and begin laying foundations for sustainable strength and nervous system steadiness.

The Foundational Experience focuses on:

• Re-establishing breath-driven core coordination

• Supporting pelvic and postural integrity

• Reducing physical urgency and overwhelm

• Introducing gradual, symptom-free strength foundations

• Teaching sustainable movement patterns for daily life

• Creating supportive recovery conditions within the home

This plan allows for progression across sessions. We assess, apply, refine, and build.

It is ideal for:

• The first weeks after birth

• Women wanting structured guidance without a six-week commitment

• Families pooling resources to provide meaningful postpartum support

The Foundational Plan creates momentum.

Complete Guided Experience

6 Weeks — 12 Visits 48 Hours Total. $2350 + tax (Limited Launch Pricing: $1985 + tax)

This is our most comprehensive in-home restoration experience.

Designed for women in the midst of heavy transitions and mothers in the early months after birth, this offering provides the depth and continuity required for meaningful physical and nervous system recalibration.

Over six weeks, we move through a progressive framework built on four pillars:

Restore

Reintroducing strength with intention.

• Core and pelvic integrity

• Postural realignment

• Tension resolution

• Gradual tolerance-building for load

Regulate

Rebuilding nervous system steadiness.

• Breathwork

• Co-regulation practices

• Reducing physical urgency

• Grounded responses during baby care

Rebuild Capacity

Helping you feel strong and capable again.

• Progressive strength development

• Energy pacing

• Physical literacy education

• Sustainable load management

Support the Environment

Creating conditions that allow recovery to actually happen.

• Light meal preparation

• Holding baby while you rest or shower

• Light resetting of shared spaces during sessions

Each visit follows a structured arc. The framework remains steady; the application adapts to your daily needs.

This level of support allows for true progression, symptom monitoring, strength layering, and long-term capacity building.

Payment plans are available.

We are very happy to arrange a structure that feels manageable while honouring the depth of this work.

How It Works:

01 — Complimentary Consultation

We’ll connect to discuss your goals, concerns, and the type of support you’d like. This is a great opportunity to see if we’re a good fit and for you to ask questions.

02 — Agreement & Planning

Once we decide to move forward, we handle all scheduling, expectations, and paperwork so everything is clear before support begins.

03 — Your Support Begins

We show up on the scheduled days for the visits, at the agreed upon time. Every session is structured around our pillars, yet fully adaptable to your needs: rest, meal prep, emotional support, body reconnection, or practical tasks.

04 — Additional Support

If you need extra time beyond the scheduled visits or additional weeks of support, those can be added at $55/hour.

Availability & Location:

In-home visits are currently limited to the Greater Montreal area and the surrounding proximity.

Spaces are intentionally limited to preserve depth, presence, and energy.
