Aimerance Merveille
Founder. Strength Coach. Postpartum + Transitional Practictioner
I created In Forme after becoming a mother and searching for a way to move, heal and rebuild without forcing myself back into an old version of me. Like so many women, I felt the pressure to “bounce back” when what I truly needed was care for my whole self; strength, nourishment, and support for my healing body and mind.
This experience led me to earn certifications in Personal Training, Women’s Fitness, Strength Training, Prenatal & Postpartum Strength Training and Nutrition, using my background in psychology studies to walk alongside other women with evidence-based knowledge and deep care.
My heart behind In Forme is to create a sanctuary where women feel seen and supported as a whole; blending strength and mindful movement with nourishment, postpartum and any other transition support, all at a pace that honours each season of life.
Whether you’re rebuilding after birth, craving more energy, or simply wanting to feel at home in your own body, I hope that In Forme helps you reclaim your rhythm, rebuild your strength and fall in love with the life you’re creating.
Amanda Garvais
Head of Nourishment
I’m a holistic nutritionist specializing in supporting women through life’s transitions. My work centers on nourishment during seasons of change; including post-pregnancy, shifting identities, hormonal changes, caregiving, burnout, and rebuilding after challenging chapters. I take a non-restrictive, embodied approach to nutrition that supports nervous system regulation, stability, and reconnection with self.
I’m excited to bring nourishment that supports women in the in-between seasons, particularly post-pregnancy and during major life shifts, when women are rediscovering who they are. My hope is to offer food guidance that feels grounding, realistic, and deeply supportive, complementing In Forme’s movement, pelvic health, and postpartum-focused work.
I’m deeply passionate about supporting women as they navigate transitions and find their way back to themselves. I’ve experienced firsthand how much a woman can change through different stages of life, and I believe nourishment can be a steady anchor during those times. My why is rooted in helping women feel supported, nourished, and capable as they move through change and rebuild from the inside out, I’m looking forward to collaborating within a space that honors embodiment, long-term care, and real life, while growing creatively and professionally alongside a community of women navigating meaningful transitions.
