This offering is designed for women who want structured, progressive training tailored to their current season; whether rebuilding postpartum, returning after a training break, or refining performance.
Each program is individualized and built around:
- Movement assessment and baseline evaluation
- Progressive strength programming
- Core and breath integration
- Pelvic-floor-aware load management (when relevant)
- Recovery and nervous system pacing
- Sustainable progression toward long-term strength
